      AvicGFPRtnl1-CPTI001291 is expressed in larval epidermal cells overlapping with the ER retention marker KDEL. In the CNS, relatively low levels of AvicGFPRtnl1-CPTI001291 were found in cell bodies where most KDEL labelling is detected, much higher levels were found in the neuropil. In neuromuscular junctions AvicGFPRtnl1-CPTI001291 overlaps with the axonal microtubule marker futsch.
