      Posterior dorsocentral bristle neurons expressing Pdk1GL00489 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 do not show significant synaptic defects, as compared to controls.

      Females heterozygous for Pdk1GL00489 and MTD-Gal4 (consists of Scer\GAL4otu.T:Hsim\VP16, Scer\GAL4nos.PG and Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16) crossed to Pdk1GL00489 males results in: 95% hatching; non-maternal effect.
