Expression of DrefGLV21057 in C-I neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4221 results in ddaD neurons that have an increased number of dendritic branches compared to controls. No difference is seen in ddaE or vpda neurons.
Expression of DrefGLV21057 in C-IV neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in a reduction in total dendritic length in ddaC and v'ada neurons. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC and v'ada neurons.
