UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a truncated form of Hsap\TARDBP that lacks the N-terminal 251 amino acids and in which 5 serine residues have been substituted with phosphomimetic glutamic acid residues (S379E, S403E, S404E, S409E and S410E). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.

      Expression of Hsap\TARDBPS5E.ΔN251.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP pan-neuronally under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not generate aggregates in dendrites.
