UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a truncated form of Hsap\TARDBP that lacks the N-terminal 251 amino acids and in which 5 serine residues have been substituted with phosphomimetic glutamic acid residues (S379E, S403E, S404E, S409E and S410E).
