      Expression of CbsScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.Switch.PK at 29[o]C in the presence of RU486 results in an increase in female longevity and a slight increase in male longevity compared to controls when the flies are raised under high nutrient conditions.

      Expression of CbsScer\UAS.cKa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU in the presence of RU486 results in a modest increase in lifespan when the flies are raised under high nutrient conditions.

      Expression of CbsScer\UAS.cKa under the control of either Scer\GAL4TIGS-2 or Scer\GAL4Switch1.106 in the presence of RU486 has no effect on lifespan when the flies are raised under high nutrient conditions.
