      Expression of Nup98-96Scer\UAS.cPa under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 restores the testes to normal size in Nup98-962288/Df(3R)mbc-R1 males and the rescued testes contain germ line cells at all stages of spermatogenesis, including mature sperm.
