The number of normal and satellite boutons at larval neuromuscular junctions is not significantly different between wild-type controls and animals overexpressing Efhc1.1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 or Scer\GAL4D42.

Overexpression of Efhc1.1Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in a substantial reduction in dendritic arbor elaboration, compared to wild-type animals.
