      Male BG00121BG00121 mutants show an increased lifespan compared to controls. No change in lifespan is seen in females.

      Starvation response is reduced in both males and females at 1 week and 6 weeks.

      Chill coma recovery time in males and females is reduced at both 1 week and 6 weeks.

      An improvement in climbing ability is seen in both males and females at 1 week and 6 weeks.
