      Comments

      Expression of RhoGAP92BR287A.Scer\UAS in the muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4C57 rescues the increase in muscle size seen in third instar RhoGAP92B1/RhoGAP92B2 larvae. The reduced neuromuscular junction length/muscle area, increased bouton size, reduced bouton number/muscle area, increased bouton area and reduced number of active zones/bouton area are not rescued, while the subsynaptic reticulum defects are partly or completely rescued.

      The electrophysiological defects seen in third instar RhoGAP92B1/RhoGAP92B2 larvae are not rescued by expression of RhoGAP92BR287A.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C57.
