      Comments

      Expression of RhoGAP92BΔBAR.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP in the muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4C57 does not rescue the increase in muscle size seen in third instar RhoGAP92B1/RhoGAP92B2 larvae. The increased bouton size, increased bouton area and reduced number of active zones/bouton area are rescued, but the subsynaptic reticulum defects are not rescued.

      The electrophysiological defects seen in third instar RhoGAP92B1/RhoGAP92B2 larvae are rescued by expression of RhoGAP92BΔBAR.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4C57.
