The GMR promoter drives expression of the extracellular domain, transmembrane domain (with the following 20 amino acids) and C2 cytoplasmic domain of gogo. The C1 domain (amino acids 726-953) and C3 domain (amino acids 1106-1272) are missing. The construct is tagged with Tag:MYC.
