      Expression of Caf11.3p55m partially rescues the lethality and developmental delay phenotypes seen in Caf1p55-1/Caf1p55-2 mutants. The rescued flies are fertile and can be maintained as a stable stock.

      Expression of Caf11.3p55m partially rescues the germline stem cell loss and follicle cell proliferation phenotypes seen in Caf1p55-1 mutant clones.
