      Flies expressing Hsap\SNCAScer\UAS.T:SV40\nls2 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU show a progressive loss of dorsomedial dopamine neurons in the brain. The neurodegeneration is accelerated in these flies compared to those expressing Hsap\SNCAScer\UAS.cFa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU.
