      Six days after induction of intestinal stem cell (ISC) clones, the number of cells in Dad212 mutant clones is lower than in wild-type clones. Although mean cell number increases in Dad212 clones 24 hours after bleomycin treatment, the mutant clones have fewer cells than wild-type clones after 24, 48, and 72 hours.
