Imprecise excision of P{SUPor-P}Tsf2KG01571, resulting in a 626 bp deletion that removes the Tsf2 5'UTR and 552 bp coding sequence. The deletion is flanked by two following sequences: 5'-CAAAACAAACTCATTAA-3' and 5'-GAACCGGCCAACCTAACACG-3'.

The paracellular barrier integrity of Tsf2ex234 embryos is compromised, as injected dye leaks rapidly into the trachea.
