      Expression of Pi4KIIααTub84B.T:Disc\RFP-mCherry rescues the glue granule defects seen in the salivary glands of Df(3R)730 mutant flies (in which lethality has been rescued using CG14671+tBa). Normal late endosome morphology is also restored.
