Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of an alternative ppk29 transcript in which intron 10 is spliced out using an alternative 5' splice site. This encodes a truncated form of ppk29 lacking most of the extracellular domain, the second transmembrane domain and the C-terminal intracellular domain.
