Description

The endogenous Adar gene has been replaced with a mutant version in which the serine codon containing the edited adenosine has been changed from AGT to an alternative serine codon, CTC. In addition, the Adar coding region is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA. A single loxP site is also inserted in Adar intron 7.
