Description

The endogenous Adar gene has been replaced with a mutant version in which the edited adenosine has been changed to guanosine, resulting in the production of constitutive glycine residues. In addition, the Adar coding region is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA. A single loxP site is also inserted in Adar intron 7.
