      The expression of parvinΔCH2.UASp.mGFP6 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU, Scer\GAL4how-24B, Scer\GAL4en.PU, Scer\GAL4ptc.PU or Scer\GAL4GMR.long does not lead to any obvious phenotype in adults. In the larval wing disc, Scer\GAL4en.PU-driven expression does not lead to any change in apoptosis in the wing disc posterior compartment, Scer\GAL4ptc.PU-driven expression does not induce cell arrangement defects in the Scer\GAL4ptc.PU-expressing domain along the anterior-posterior boundary, as compared to controls.

      Expression of parvinΔCH2.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-m6 under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B partially rescues the embryonic lethality of parvinunspecified mutants, but the rescued larvae die soon after hatching with muscle adhesion defects.
