In the larval wing disc, Scer\GAL4en.PU-driven expression does not lead to any change in apoptosis in the wing disc posterior compartment, Scer\GAL4ptc.PU-driven expression does not induce cell arrangement defects in the Scer\GAL4ptc.PU-expressing domain along the anterior-posterior boundary, as compared to controls.
