      Overexpression of kluScer\UAS.cBa via Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 results in overproliferation of neuroblasts at the expense of differentiating cells in the larval brain.

      About 59% of adult hosts with transplanted larval brain fragments overexpressing kluScer\UAS.cBa via Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 develop tumors 9 days after transplantation. Adult hosts with control transplants do not develop tumors.

      Overexpression of kluScer\UAS.cBa using Scer\GAL4pnt-14-94 results in tumorigenic transplants.

      Overexpression of kluScer\UAS.cBa using Scer\GAL4erm.R9D11 does not result in an overproliferation phenotype.
