Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of full-length hh which is tagged between amino acid residues H254 and V255 with EGFP. When the protein produced undergoes autoproteolytic cleavage, the EGFP tag remains attached to the HhNp (N-terminal, lipidated) portion, while the C-terminal Hh-C portion is untagged.
