A genomic rescue construct containing mir-34 and its endogenous cis-regulatory elements. The construct comprises a 6,855 bp fragment upstream of mir-277 and a 2,111bp fragment containing the mir-34 sequence. The 108bp region containing mir-277 has been omitted.
