The number of germline stem cells (GSCs) in loqs^KO females rescued by all genotypes expressing loqs^{PB.T:Zzzz\FLAG} (loqs^{PA.T:Zzzz\FLAG} together with loqs^{PB.T:Zzzz\FLAG}, or loqs^{PB.T:Zzzz\FLAG} together with loqs^{PD.T:Zzzz\FLAG}, or loqs^{PA.T:Zzzz\FLAG} together with both loqs^{PB.T:Zzzz\FLAG} and loqs^{PD.T:Zzzz\FLAG}) appears normal compared to wild-type.
