Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of mCherry fluorescent protein. 20 copies of a control scrambled sequence separated by variable four-nucleotide linker sequences have been inserted into the mCherry 3' UTR. The construct was generated using the pWALIUM10-moe vector.
