Expression of staidsRNA.Scer\UAS.WIZ under the control of pan-glial Scer\GAL4repo does not reduce bouton number at muscle 4 neuromuscular junctions and results in no observable footprints at either muscle 4 or muscle 6/7 neuromuscular junctions.

Neuron-specific expression of staidsRNA.Scer\UAS.WIZ under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO results in neuromuscular junctions that are significantly smaller than in wild-type and a 43% reduction in bouton number. Synaptic retractions are observed in ~40% of muscle 6/7 neuromuscular junctions in segment 4.

Muscle-specific expression of staidsRNA.Scer\UAS.WIZ, under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B does not affect bouton number at muscle 4 neuromuscular junctions and does not result in synaptic retraction at muscle 4 or 6/7 neuromuscular junctions.

Females expressing staidsRNA.Scer\UAS.WIZ under the control of Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6 in a staiexC/Df(2L)staiL27 background show a delay in border cell migration.
