Contains a genomic fragment centred on Rab40 in which part of the Rab40 open reading frame (extending from the ATG to the end of the ATG-containing exon) has been replaced with the GAL4 coding region and a loxP cassette containing Disc\RFP3xP3.PC and the kanamycin resistance gene.
