A genomic region containing Chc and its neighbouring upstream gene lncRNA:CR32582 has been tagged at the C-terminal end with a Tag:FLAG peptide and a FlAsH binding tetracysteine tag (Tag:CALI(TC)). A loxP site linker is found between Chc and the tag.
