Description

arm promoter sequences drive expression of a mutated form of the mature peptide fz2, which contains the amino acid replacements I433A and T434A. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with a signal peptide sequence from Rnor\Cd2, followed by three Tag:MYC tags.
