Expression of tyfΔC5.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mz520 leads to aberrant long-period circadian locomotor rhythm under free-running constant dark conditions.

Flies expressing tyfΔC5.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf exhibit locomotor rhythm defects. This phenotype is seen is all insertion lines analysed.
