      Expression of dapScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E leads to a wing hair spacing phenotype. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 also leads to wing hair spacing defects, as well as partial loss of the wing margin.

      Flies expressing dapScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4vg.PU exhibit wing margin nicking.

      Expression of dapScer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC in the notum under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in dorsal closure defects and abnormal bristle patterning.
