      Expression of sdmNLS.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 leads to greatly reduced wings and halteres relative to controls. Progeny from sdmNLS.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAGxScer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 parents are female biased, although some males with a wing/haltere phenotype are seen in 3% of the progeny.
