TgiΔP is a non-suppressor of eye disc | somatic clone phenotype of ykiUAS.cHa

Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

TgiΔP partially suppresses the reduction in clone growth seen in ykiB5 mutant eye discs. The clones comprise ~7% of the eye disc.

TgiΔP has no effect on the tissue overgrowth seen in eye disc clones expressing ykiScer\UAS.cHa.

TgiΔP mutant wing disc clones induced in flies expressing hpoScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 have less apoptosis compared to when hpoScer\UAS.cWa is expressed alone. The reduction in adult wing size is also partially suppressed.

Xenogenetic Interactions
Statement
