Description

Genomic fragment (fosmid P52GD2) containing the crb transcription unit plus approximately 7kb upstream and 5kb downstream sequence. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry a Y10A amino acid replacement and sequence encoding the C-terminal PDZ-binding motif (ERLI) has been deleted.
