Expression of Zip42C.1Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa results in a very mild rough eye phenotype. This phenotype is enhanced in a dose-dependent manner by the addition of zinc chloride to the food medium.
