      No pericardial precursor cell clusters are formed in the mesoderm of stumpsunspecified mutants embryos expressing Scer\GAL4twi.PU>stumps802.Y515F.Y613F.Y629F.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG. No fusions are seen in the dorsal trunk, and other branches of the tracheal system fail almost completely to grow out.
