Description

βTub85D promoter sequences drive expression of wild-type asun (including its endogenous nuclear localization signal) which is tagged at the N-terminal end with mCherry. In addition, an exogenous nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT)) has been added at the N-terminal end of the mCherry coding sequence.
