Reference

Expression of NHP2^HMC03339 under the control of Scer\GAL4^VP16.nos.UTR significantly reduces the number of single cells and 16-cell cysts and significantly increases the number of 4-cell and 8-cell cysts in the female germarium compared to controls; there is an increased rate of apoptosis (Cas3 expression) and a similar rate of protein synthesis (OPP staining) to controls in these germaria.
