      Expression of wapScer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU results in a modest increase in adult eye size compared to controls. An increase in interommatidial cell number in pupal discs is also seen 44h after puparium formation.

      Expression of wapScer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4rn.PU results in an 11% increase in wing size compared to controls.

      Expression of wapScer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4hh.PU extends leg length by 7%.
