Description

Insertion of a P{GSV1} element into an intron of qtc. The P{GSV1} element can induce transcription bidirectionally from the insertion site, via Scer\UAS regulatory sequences present at each end of the element. Expression of the upstream Rpn11 gene is thus upregulated in a Scer\GAL4-dependent manner in this line.
