Description

Six tandem copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been inserted into the endogenous lncRNA:roX1 gene. Generated by mobilisation of a P{GMroX1.MS2-6} element located in the lncRNA:roX1 gene, followed by homology-dependent gap repair and gene conversion.
