      Macrophages expressing FhosΔDAD.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP via Scer\GAL4Hml.Δ (restricted to late third instar larval stage using the Gal80ts system) show an increased number of stress fiber-like F-actin bundles.

      Scer\GAL4ptc.PU-mediated expression of FhosΔDAD.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP results in significant elevation of F-actin levels and epithelial cell constriction leading to apical invaginations in wing discs.

      Expression of FhosΔDAD.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP in larval salivary glands dramatically reorganizes the basal actin cytoskeleton to long and thick bundles. Overall gland morphology is also affected, with multiple cyst-like lumina present instead of the single lumen of wild type glands.
