Expression of Hsap\ZC3H14Iso1.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 rescues the eclosion rate of Nab2ex3 animals from ~3% to ~78%. The presence of Hsap\ZC3H14Iso1.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG alone (i.e. without a Scer\GAL4 driver) increases the eclosion rate to 19%. Neuronal expression of Hsap\ZC3H14Iso1.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG restores normal wing posture in Nab2ex3 animals. Thoracic bristle kinking is not rescued by pan-neuronal expression of Hsap\ZC3H14Iso1.Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG.
