K14term
Site of nucleotide substitution in mutant inferred by FlyBase based on reported amino acid change.
Homozygous clones results in a strong balding phenotype in the adult notum. At 12 hours after puparium formation, the density of sensory organ precursor cells is higher in the mutant clone tissue than in neighbouring wild-type tissue.
tempA has mesonotum | somatic clone phenotype, suppressible | somatic clone by Scer\GAL4Act.PU/Hsap\PTAR1UAS.Tag:FLAG
tempA has chaeta | somatic clone phenotype, suppressible | somatic clone by Scer\GAL4Act.PU/Hsap\PTAR1UAS.Tag:FLAG
tempA has external sensory organ precursor cell I | somatic clone phenotype, suppressible | somatic clone by Scer\GAL4Act.PU/Hsap\PTAR1UAS.Tag:FLAG
Expression of Hsap\PTAR1Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU in homozygous tempA clones in the adult notum rescues the balding phenotype normally seen in these clones.
tempA is rescued by tempTag:HA
tempA is rescued by tempmCherry
tempA is rescued by Scer\GAL4Act.PU/tempUAS.Tag:HA
tempT:Ivir\HA1 and tempT:Disc\RFP-mCherry each rescue the lethality of tempA homozygotes and the notum balding phenotype of tempA homozygous clones.
Expression of tempScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU rescues the homozygous lethal phenotype and the homozygous clone notum balding phenotype of tempA.
