Description

A point mutation introducing a stop codon at residue 261 of the brp-190 protein isoform has been introduced into the brp gene (this is the same lesion as present in the brpΔ190 allele). This results in only the brp-170 protein isoform being produced by this construct. A EGFP tag has been introduced into exon 13 of the brp sequence between amino acid residues 1388 and 1389.
