Live imaging shows reporter expression lining the posterior of the oocyte in early stages of oogenesis (stages S4-7). During stage 7, the oocyte nucleus shifts and reporter accumulates around the anterior cortex as well as lining the posterior. At stage S8, the oocyte nucleus moves to one side. Labelling at the posterior and lateral sides of the oocyte decreases and is observed instead is seen to line the lateral wall posterior to the nucleus. The dorsal-anterior cap above the nucleus becomes increasingly prominent. As stage S8 progresses, the anterior ring becomes more prominent and little staining is seen posteriorly. In stages S9-10, staining becomes more prominent in the dorsal-anterior cap above the nucleus.
