      Pulse song in the dark is dramatically reduced in males expressing frumiRNA.C.Scer\UAS under the control of either Scer\GAL4dsx-GAL4, Scer\GAL4NP2631, Scer\GAL4ple.PF or Scer\GAL4pox9-1-6.

      Males expressing frumiRNA.C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4dsx-GAL4 show severely reduced copulation frequency in the light (no attempts in a 10 minute courtship assay).

      Copulation frequency in the light is significantly reduced in flies expressing frumiRNA.C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4pox9-1-6, but is not altered if expression is driven by either Scer\GAL4NP2631 or Scer\GAL4ple.PF.

      The aSP4 neurons show feminisation of their morphology in males expressing frumiRNA.C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ple.PF.

      The vAB3 neurons show feminisation of their morphology in males expressing frumiRNA.C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4pox9-1-6.
