      Expression of Syx171-251.T:Disc\RFP-mCherry fails to rescue the autolysosome formation defects seen in starved Syx17LL06330/Df(3L)Exel8098 mutant wandering third instar larvae. The climbing defects seen in the resulting adult flies are also not rescued.
