Description

Ubi-p63E promoter sequences drive expression of shg coding sequences tagged at the C terminal with a tension-sensing module comprising a mTFP1 (teal fluorescent protein) separated from Venus by a nanospring protein domain from spider silk. This is a control construct as the C-terminus of shg does not participate in force transduction.
